A new-build commercial office development in Falmouth specified zinc roofing and cladding throughout. The architect’s design called for a contemporary aesthetic with clean lines and a consistent material palette.
We installed standing seam zinc roofing to the main roof and zinc cassette cladding to the facade. The project required close coordination with the main contractor to meet the programme requirements.

Heritage Restoration
Listed Building Restoration
St Ives, Cornwall
A Grade II listed property in St Ives required specialist restoration of its existing copper roof. The original copper had reached the end of its service life and was causing persistent leaks.
We carefully removed the existing copper and installed new KME copper in the traditional standing seam pattern, matching the original profile exactly. All work was carried out in accordance with the listed building consent.

Victorian Terrace Roof Replacement
Truro, Cornwall
This Victorian terrace in central Truro required a complete roof replacement following the failure of the original slate covering. The client wanted a premium material that would complement the property’s heritage character while providing long-term performance.
We specified VMZINC standing seam in natural zinc finish, installed over a new timber sarking board deck. The complex roof geometry, including multiple valleys, a dormer and a bay window, required careful detailing to ensure a watertight result.
